Did you know that Leek Nub News has its very own local What's On page?
On our What's On page people can submit their upcoming local events, no matter how big or small, and spread the word for free on our site to our thousands of Leek readers.
Make sure to check out our What's On page regularly to find out about the latest upcoming local events, as we update the page several times a week with all the newest things happening in the town.
We are now also going to be giving you the highlights of our What's On page in our news section with our weekly 'Event of the Week' articles - and this week we have picked out three of the most exciting events coming up in Leek very soon.
Find out about them below...
Staffordshire Day in Leek
There's a huge range of interesting and fun activities taking place all over the county around Staffordshire Day.
Staffordshire Day itself is on Sunday May 1st but there are events taking place on plenty of other days near to that date.
There are events scheduled all over Staffordshire - but this is Leek Nub News so we are most interested in what's going on in Leek!

GA-20 Live
At Foxlowe Arts Centre tonight (28th April) the band GA-20 are playing live.
GA-20 was formed by friends Pat Faherty and Matthew Stubbs in Boston, MA in 2018.
The project was born out of their mutual love of heavy traditional Blues, R&B, and Rock & Roll of the late 50s and early 60s.

Plant Sharing Event
Also at the Foxlowe, a plant sharing event is taking place on Sunday.
Everyone has been invited to come along and bring surplus plants to share and see what curiosities or coveted seedlings other people bring!
