Police want to speak to this man after Leek nightclub assault left victim needing hospital treatment

Staffordshire Police want to speak to the man in the above photo in connection with an assault in a nightclub on Market Place, Leek.

The assault took place at approximately 1:50am on Saturday 11 September, and led to another man requiring hospital treatment.

Officers posted the appeal earlier today.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Do you recognise this man?

"Officers wish to speak to him in connection with an assault in a nightclub on Market Place, Leek at approximately 1:50am on Saturday 11 September.

"The incident led to another man requiring hospital treatment.

"Anyone with information should contact Staffordshire Police on Facebook, Twitter, or call 101, quoting incident number 074 of 11 September.

"Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
