"You're a Consultant Psychiatrist that has either worked in the NHS or in the private sector and is looking for a new part-time opportunity to make a difference in a small rehabilitation hospital, acting as the Responsible Clinical as you support service delivery and lead the multidisciplinary team. "Welcome to Ballington House. A hospital that is rated Outstanding by the CQC and provides specialist care and rehabilitation for up to 13 female adult service users with complex issues including mental illness, personality disorder and trauma. "Located in Leek, Ballington House has close links to NHS services with established care pathways and is well supported by a full complement of multidisciplinary team. "You will have CCT in General Adult psychiatry and experience of working with and leading multidisciplinary teams. "As a Consultant Psychiatrist at Elysium you will gain access to the regional Consultant team and wider network of like-minded Consultants across Elysium's 75 hospitals.
