Biddulph residents have been given the chance to have their say on how GP appointments are run in the town following the release of a new survey.
Leek and Biddulph Primary Care Network (PCN) have released a survey asking residents to share their views on which kinds of GP appointments they find most useful.
The survey comes as the PCN aims to offer additional appointment capacity from October.
A spokesperson for the PCN said: "Leek and Biddulph PCN will be offering additional appointment capacity from October 2022 and we would like to know what you would find most beneficial and when."
They added: "Your local practices (Leek & Biddulph Primary Care Network) have been asked to seek patients views on what potential extra appointments you might find useful and when."
The survey includes questions such as:
- What is your preferred method of travel to appointments?
- Which type of appointment would you find the most useful?
- Where would you be willing to attend Enhanced Access appointments?
- Which appointment time would you find most useful?
- What barriers do you experience when booking in at your GP Practice?
