In a re-arranged fixture Leek Town travelled to Seal Park the home of high flying Mossley in the Pitching In NPL West.
Leek Town's indifferent start to the season continued as they were held to a 1-1 draw by winless Ramsbottom.
Leek travelled over to Glossop expecting a tight affair with the Hillmen having won all of their games this season by the same 1-0 scoreline.
Leek were a shadow of their usual selves as they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Atherstone town this weekend.
There was a bumper crowd at Harrison Park for the first competitive meeting in over 30 years but it was the Silkmen who edged the game.

For the 5th time in 8 years Leek Town failed at one of the final hurdles in their quest for promotion.
Leek Town travelled to the Marine Travel Arena for their final Northern Premier League West league game of the season.
It was Derby Day at Harrison Park on Easter Monday where Leek Town took on local Staffordshire rivals Kidsgrove Athletic.
On a glorious sunny Saturday Leek Town took on play-off chasing Runcorn Linnets for a Pitching In NPL West match.
A good crowd of 521 saw an entertaining encounter with the Blues blasting four past the Lilywhites.
