Police have appealed for information after a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle in a Leek car park.

Officers say the incident took place on Stockwell Street Car Park yesterday (Tuesday), at some point between around 9am and 5pm.

A planning application to partially convert a Leek pub into apartments has been approved by Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.

Full planning and listed building consent has been granted for the part conversion of the Quiet Woman pub on St Edwards Street.
