The café in Leek's branch of Sainsbury's has remained open, despite the supermarket giant closing around 200 of its in-store cafés around the country today.
The move is set to put around 2,000 jobs at risk, with Sainsbury's also announcing plans to close 34 of its less popular hot food counters.
The café in Leek's branch of Sainsbury's is to remain open, however the Biddulph café has closed today.
A sign has now been put up inside the Biddulph supermarket and all other supermarkets with cafés that have closed which reads: "This café is closing permanently on 22 April.
"We're working hard to serve you even better. So, we're transforming our eat-in, takeaway and home delivery food and drink services.
"The help us improve, we're permanently closing down this café on 22 April. Your nearest café is in Sainsbury's Leek."
Sainsbury's previously released a list of all of the cafés that were due to remain open - a total of 64 around the country.
The closures have come as part of new plans aimed at updating the eat-in, takeaway and home delivery selections for customers.
Sainsbury's says it is hoping to open 30 new "food halls" in 2022, as well as 30 Starbucks coffee shops within supermarkets.
