Do you recognise the man in this picture?

Police say they want to speak to him regarding £2,700 worth of stolen diesel.

Staffordshire Police posted these pictures of the man in question to their social media account earlier today (Monday 25th October).

Police in Staffordshire regularly post images on their social media accounts of people they would like to speak to regarding a range of incidents around the county.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police explained why they want to speak to this man and how people can get in touch if they have any information.

Unfortunately they did not reveal where the diesel was stolen from.

A spokesperson said: "Do you recognise this man?

"Officers wish to speak to him in connection with a fraud offence where £2700 of diesel fuel has been bought with a stolen fuel card between 18/19 September.

"Anyone with any information should message Staffordshire Police on Facebook or Twitter quoting reference 232 of 21 September, call 101 or alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
