Leek Cricket Club will be home to 'Project Doughnut' for the first game after restrictions fully ease

Leek Cricket Club have something special planned for their first match after lockdown restrictions are due to fully ease on 21st June.

The local club are holding an event for their upcoming match against Potteries based team J G Meakin on 26th June.

On the day they will be joined by Derby based doughnut sensations 'Project.Doughnut', who have a huge following of more than 117,000 on Instagram and over 80,000 likes on Facebook.

The match will begin at 12:30pm, with Project.Doughnut being at the club from 1pm - 7pm.

They will have all kinds of weird and wonderful handmade doughnuts, the likes of which you won't have seen before!

There will also be plenty of deals at the bar, and hopefully some great weather for cheering on Leek too.
