As a vital member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of distribution, import, and export operations.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and manage the transportation of goods via road, sea, and air freight to meet delivery deadlines.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of import and export documentation, including export licenses, permits, and customs clearance.
- Collaborate closely with customs authorities and freight forwarding partners to ensure compliance with regulations and streamline customs procedures.
- Stay updated on shipping laws and legal requirements to ensure adherence and mitigate risks effectively.
- Utilize your expertise in planning to optimize logistics processes and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required to ensure efficient operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
