As a Night Nurse, you will:

• Assess and provide health supervision and direct nursing care to clients
• Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments
• Develop and maintain client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals
• Administer prescribed medications and document accurately
• Uphold integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs
• Supervise and guide junior staff members, providing support and training as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team

The ideal Night Nurse candidate will:

• Be an RGN with a valid NMC pin
• Experience working within a nursing home
