About you: We re looking for Deputy Home Manager who has experience in a minimum of a 40 bedded home, specializing in the care of Dementia and General Nursing. Experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centred Care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background. Key Accountabilities:
