Site Manager/Agent/Works Manager, South Yorkshire, & Worksop £350 - £400 per day PAYE/Umbrella (in side IR35)

Site Manager/Agent & Foreman required to work on a water project contract in Leek.Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working with this Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Contractor, in supporting their recruitment for a Site Agent/Manager & Foreman.You'll be working on their large Water framework which is a key part of their operations. Reporting into the Project Manager, you'll work on site in Leek which is a key project in their portfolio.This is to cover ASAP until Christmas with possible extension.You'll be an experienced Construction Management professional, and have experience working within a Site Management role on civil projects previously.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and motivate the site team
  • Support the PM in driving the project programme to achieve key deliverables and project milestones
  • SHEQ and Environmental Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Commercial and cost management
  • Completing project handovers
  • Subcontract and labour resource management
  • You will have:
  • Previous Site Management experience of water projects
  • NEC 4 contract knowledge
  • HNC degree in Civil Engineering
  • SMSTS/SSSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Temporary Works
