What's on in Leek this weekend? - Free concert, live music and folk day

Did you know that Leek Nub News has its very own local What's On page?

On our What's On page people can submit their upcoming local events, no matter how big or small, and spread the word for free on our site to our thousands of Leek readers.

Free Bandstand Concert

Another free concert is being held at the bandstand in Brough Park this weekend.

On Sunday the Ashbourne Town Brass Band will be playing from 2pm - 4pm. Why not head down there and enjoy some music in the sun (hopefully!)?

Eddi Reader 40th Anniversary Tour

On Friday the Glaswegian singer Eddi Reader is playing at Foxlowe Arts Centre.

The doors open at 7.30pm and tickets are £25. There is loads of live music to enjoy in Leek this weekend!

Leek Arts Festival Folk Day

A free Leek Arts Festival event, Folk Day will run at The Foxlowe on Saturday.

There will be storytelling for children from 12 noon to 1pm followed by music from local artists, including star guest Pete Morton, until 5.30pm.

Want more? There's a ceilidh at The Foxlowe in the evening at 8pm - tickets £6 from the venue or pay on the door.
