Two Leek men in court after robbery at Mill Street shop

Two men have been charged after a robbery at a shop in Leek.

Police were called at 4.50pm on Friday (18 November) reporting two masked men acting suspiciously on Mill Street.

Officers attended and two men were arrested at the scene.

A quantity of cash, a bottle of whiskey and a mobile phone were stolen.

Mikey Isaacs, 18, and Nathan Bould-Isaacs, 19, both of Queens Drive, Leek, have been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article.

They are due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today.
