Two ambulances called to Leek after man found in critical condition

Two ambulances and a Community First Responder were called to Leek this week after a man was found in a critical condition.

Ambulances attended Belle Vue in Leek on Tuesday evening (26th April) just before 7pm after receiving reports of a medical emergency.

Advanced life support was administered and the man was then taken to hospital for further treatment.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Nub News: "We were called at 6.41pm to reports of a medical emergency on Belle Vue in Leek.

"Two ambulances and a Community First Responder attended the scene.

"Upon arrival we found a man in a critical condition.

"Crews immediately began administering advanced life support at the scene.

"He was conveyed to Royal Stoke University Hospital for further treatment."
