A 170-year-old Leek mill could soon find a new owner after it was listed for sale online.
The mill is currently listed on the property site RightMove, and has an asking price of around £750,000.
It is being marketed by Derby based company BB&J Commercial, who have pointed out the mill's potential rental opportunities on it's listing page.
They say the mill is currently producing just shy of £50,000 in rental income in its current state, but if it is fully let then this could rise to around £93,000.
The mill is currently used for a series of workshop and office suites, but it is noted that it would be suitable for other uses if planning permission can be obtained.
The listing states: "Cross Street Mills were originally constructed c1850 from traditional (presumed) solid red brick elevations with blue brick and stone dressings.
"The elevations incorporate timber frame single glaze windows and are beneath a pitched slate clad roof.
"In more recent times the accommodation has been sensitively converted to provide a range of cellular or open plan suites over three floors.
"These suites are imminently suitable for a broad range of uses and as such a variety of fit-outs and finishes are offered.
"Generally the suites benefit from central heating, suspended ceiling and CAT II lighting. Some suites are self contained with their own WC and kitchenette, otherwise there are ample shared facilities on each floor.
"Externally there is a large shared car park providing c60 parking spaces operated on a first come first served basis."
