Staff at Leek's branch of Sainsbury's have received praise from a local mum for helping her 19 month old baby after he had an allergic reaction.
The staff and pharmacists at the supermarket have been called "absolutely amazing" for their quick action today (Wednesday 3rd November) in helping the young child.
A post on social media praising the staff for their help has since received hundreds of 'likes' and comments.
It said: "I would like to thank the staff at Leek Sainsbury's and the pharmacy staff for their help today.
"My little boy who is 19 months old became very suddenly ill - he was sick all over the floor.
"He became very floppy and once I stripped him down he had a rash from head to toe.
"The staff helped us so much, as did the pharmacist who gave my son a dose of Piriton.
"I've just had a conversation with my doctor and he agreed with the pharmacist that it was an allergic reaction.
"I've seen Sainsbury's pharmacy getting a lot of bad press recently, but today they were absolutely amazing and reassuring."
