Police have been patrolling a number of Leek streets over the weekend in response to concerns recently raised by residents.
Officers carried out the patrols following a recent surgery with residents, in which residents highlighted any concerns they had about crime in the town.
In response, police have been patrolling several streets including Britannia Street and Westwood Road.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team said on Friday: "In response to concerns raised during our surgery with Leek TV -whilst on patrols this weekend PC Mason and PC Finneron have been paying attention to Brittania Street, Leek. Please continue to report any suspicious behaviour to us."
They added: "PCSO Nettleton has been on patrol around Westwood Road around School Closing time. Please park sensibly and consider the safety of the children."
