Police appeal after catalytic converter theft in Leek

Police have appealed for information after a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle in a Leek car park.

Officers say the incident took place on Stockwell Street Car Park yesterday (Tuesday), at some point between around 9am and 5pm.

Police have now asked anyone who may have seen anything suspicious at this time to get in touch with them.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team said: "Officers are appealing for information after a catalytic convertor theft on Stockwell Street Car Park, Leek on 09/03/21 between 08:55 - 16:55hrs.

"If anyone saw anything suspicious please contact 101 quoting reference 21210027076. Thank you."
