Plans submitted to convert former Cheddleton dental surgery into residential home
A new planning application is seeking permission to convert a former dental practice in Cheddleton into a residential home.
Staffordshire Moorlands District Council have received an application regarding the former Cheddleton Dental Surgery on 57 Cheadle Road.
The plans, which were submitted by a Mr Julian Atkinson, seek permission for: "Change of use from dental practice to dwelling house. Proposal of rear extension and internal alterations. Drawings included."
As the application has only been submitted very recently, details of the plans are currently scarce.
Staffordshire Moorlands District Council's planning officers will have the final say on the application at a later date.
