Moorlands MP Karen Bradley has given her support to Nub Voice - a way for readers to make their voices heard on the latest issues affecting Leek and the rest of the country.
We are looking for local people who care about Leek's future and are willing to share their opinions on the local and national issues affecting our town.

If you volunteer to become part of Leek Nub Voice, you can make your voice heard by answering a few quick questions every couple of weeks, asking your opinion on the burning questions that affect our town.
What do you think of the latest Coronavirus restrictions? Are you irritated by the latest road works? What are the main issues in the town right now?
We won't swamp you with lots of questions; just a couple of prompts requiring anything from a single-word yes/no answer to maybe a short sentence.
Your thoughts will be included anonymously in an article offering a snapshot of local points of view.

Now Moorlands MP Karen Bradley has supported the idea. She said: "I am pleased to support Nub Voice, the initiative from Nub News to give local residents a new way to make their voices heard."
Whether you are a local business owner, sports club volunteer, photographer, town councillor or just a community-minded resident, we are here to represent you and want to hear from you.
We strongly believe that government and power need to hear from towns like Leek, and with your help, we can show that communities like ours really do matter.
