"The bar area to the right benefits from a timber bar servery, an open feature fireplace, tiled floor and raised perimeter seating.
"An inner hallway leads to a rear room, that was previously utilised as a third trading area, with dart throw has been converted into a commercial kitchen and a covered rear paved area that provides access to Ladies & Gents W.C.s. The property also benefits from a basement beer cellar and a spirit store room.
"The domestic accommodation is located over the upper floors and briefly comprises - 1st Floor: domestic kitchen, lounge with feature fireplace, dining room and office. 2nd Floor: three double bedrooms bathroom with separate W.C, and a storage room that was previously utilised as a shower room.
