A Leek boxing gym owner got the opportunity to train with the man they call 'The Beast' last week - World's Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall.

Andy Keates, who runs Keatesy's Boxing Academy in Leek trained at Eddie's gym on Thursday and even got in a sparring session with Eddie.

Andy said: "It isn't often you get to spar a guy who is not only three times bigger than you but who is totally genuine!

"I had the pleasure of sparring Eddie today and helping him with his Boxing Training Camp .What an experience - cheers Eddie."

Eddie won the World's Strongest Man in 2017 and in 2016 achieved a world record deadlift of 500kg. He is also a YouTuber with over 1.7 million subscribers.

He is currently training boxing ahead of a fight with fellow World's Strongest Man competitor Hafþór Björnsson, who is also known for playing Gregor Clegane - "The Mountain" - in Game of Thrones.

The match has been dubbed "The Heaviest Boxing Match in History" and is due to take place in the USA in September 2021.
