"I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a successful organisation based in Leek. "The business is currently on a journey to deliver an ambitious programme of change which will contribute to its overall strategy. "Projects include increasing digital capability, ensuring the right IT and Infrastructure is in place and driving business efficiencies to ensure delivery of regulatory change. The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and will have proven experience of Scope and Schedule management, Risk and Issue management, Finance and cost control management, Resource and people management and test and release management. "Responsibilities include; Clearly and thoroughly identifying the scope of the project(s), identify and schedule work required, Identify resourcing needs, Day-to-day management of the project and testing activities. It is essential that you have strong stakeholder management experience. "The Project Manger will have experience in change management, project management and process improvement methodologies. "Proven experience delivering complex projects including technical deliveries and managing test cycles, successfully delivering projects to time, cost, and quality. "You will have experience in different project management approaches e.g. agile and waterfall and hold a Professional qualification in project management, such as APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or another recognised qualification (e.g. Prince2 or PMP). "Ideally you will have experience delivering projects within Financial Services, preferably including mortgage projects.
