Here's what's been said about it... Events Administrator - £11.00 per hour - Leek Monday to Friday - Fixed-term contract Working for a leading supplier of bespoke and award-winning event furnishings. Based in the heart of Leek for over 20 years, our client is a family owned business. We are currently recruiting for an Events Administrator to join their ever growing team in Staffordshire. You will be responsible for all aspects of administration within the events team. Main Responsibilities: - Completing event documentation- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making outbound calls to customers- Processing brochure requests
- Completing method statements and risk assessments- Ordering marketing materials and office stationary
- General administration duties Requirements: - Strong attention to detail- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Package
- Strong communication skills, events experience is not essential- Excellent Administrative skills
