Office Manager - £32,000 p/a - Leek Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - Permanent Position Working for a leading supplier of bespoke and award-winning event furnishings, based in the heart of Leek. With over 10 show sites nationwide alongside a range of other premium buildings and event areas, our client are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer care by having friendly staff on-hand to answer any questions. We are currently supporting our client in recruiting an Office Manager to join their ever growing team in Staffordshire. You will be responsible in all aspects of the office environment. They are looking for a vibrant individual that possesses the ability to encourage team morale and ensure the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities: - Assisting in maintaining and reconciling the purchase and sales ledgers

- Bank reconciliation

- Processing finance applications

- Processing suppliers' payments including international payments

- Managing contracts and price negotiations with service providers

- Assisting in all areas of HR administration

- Managing employee data

- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.

- Managing the recruitment and selection process

- Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements:

- Proven office management experience

- Working experience of Sage 50 Accounts

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work

- Flexible and career minded
