Cannabis and cash found as police raid Leek house

Cannabis and cash were found at a Leek address as police conducted a search over the weekend.

Moorlands police carried out the raid on the Leek house yesterday (Sunday, July 25th).

Quantities of cannabis and cash were found, which was confiscated by officers.

Police took one person into custody to be interviewed.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team said: "During an address search in Leek today, Moorlands officers have found cannabis and a quantity of cash.

"One in custody waiting for interview. #crimedoesntpay #wewillfindyou #moorlands"
